Binance API keys are only valid for 90 days
It means that after this time you will have to update your API keys permissions to continue using skyrex in conjunction with your Binance account. But don’t worry, this should only take you a few minutes to complete.
For accounts that have not completed intermediate verification, any existing API was deactivated after 2021-08-23 00:00 AM (UTC), and trading via API connection was restricted.
To create the API for Binance use the video tutorial above or follow the steps below!
Step 1 — Go to Binance
With your skyrex browser tab open, create a new browser tab and log in or create a new account on https://www.binance.com/
Step 2 — Follow to API Management
Hover the mouse over the profile icon on the top right corner, then click on «API Management.»
Step 3 — Name your key
When you have multiple APIs, a proper name helps to manage it.

If you already have API keys, «Сreate API» will be on top.

Step 4 — Click «Create API» then enter 2FA codes
Enter the verification codes from SMS, email, and Authenticator Code
Step 5 — Edit the API restrictions
Click on Edit restrictions:

Enable ALL permissions except for “Enable Withdrawals” and click Save:

*IP access restrictions: Do not select Restrict access to trusted IPs only. skyrex leverages various IP addresses and changing the setting to Restrict access will result in connection issues with our service. The recommended security measure is to enable 2FA on Binance and skyrex as well as making sure Enable Withdrawals is NOT selected.
Step 6 — Click Ok to confirm that the keys will be expired in 90 days:
What does this actually mean?
Every 90 days Binance will automatically uncheck your API key permissions, so you can re-enable these by editing your API key on Binance.com and just re-check all the permissions in the previous step! You do not need to create a new API key, Secret and re-link this to skyrex every 90 days.
Add Binance to skyrex
Don’t change the key settings.
