Note: This article shows you how to create API Keys for Binance.us accounts. For Binance.com accounts please see this article.
To create the API for Binance.us follow the steps below!
Step 1 — Go to Binance.us
With your browser tab open, create a new browser tab and log in or create a new account on https://binance.us/
Step 2 — Follow to API Management
Hover the mouse over the profile icon on the top right corner, then click on «API Management.»
Step 3 — Name your key
When you have multiple APIs, a proper name helps to manage it.
If you already have API keys, «Сreate API» will be on top.
Step 4 — Click «Create» then complete 2FA process
Enter the SMS verification code and confirm your email address
Step 5 — Copy API Key and Secret Key
These keys are required to connect your exchange to skyrex.
For your account safety, your Secret Key will become hidden after it has been created and you leave the API Key page. Ensure that you copy it immediately or you will have to create a new API Key.
After you copy your Keys, click Edit Restrictions and ensure the following items are selected:
- Can Read
- Enable Spot Trading
- Unrestricted (Less Secure)
Note: Do not select Enable Withdrawals or Restrict access to trusted IPs only
Add Binance US to skyrex
Don’t change the key settings.
